1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Wallspik. By using the site, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under laws that apply to you.
2. The Wallspik service
Wallspik lets visitors browse, preview and download wallpapers. Basic browsing and downloads are available without an account. Some features, such as liking wallpapers, managing a profile or submitting content, may require an account and may only be available to eligible accounts. Image dimensions, formats and availability vary by wallpaper; check its page for the details shown there.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site as it develops. We do not promise that every feature or image will remain available.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and activity carried out through your account. Do not share or sell access to your account. Contact us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access or need help with an account.
4. Wallpaper downloads and permitted use
Unless the wallpaper page or its rights holder states otherwise, downloads are intended for personal use as backgrounds on your own devices. Downloading does not transfer copyright, ownership or other intellectual-property rights. Do not assume that a wallpaper can be used commercially or redistributed just because it can be downloaded from Wallspik. Check the rights and any license that applies to the image before using it for another purpose.
5. Submitted content
Content submission is available only to accounts with the relevant editor access; creating an ordinary account does not by itself grant upload permission. If you are allowed to submit content, you confirm that you own it or have the permissions needed to submit it and to grant the limited license below. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
You keep any rights you hold in your submission. To operate Wallspik, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, resize, display and distribute the submitted content through the service. This permission lasts only as needed to operate the service and make the content available, subject to technical copies, backups and legal requirements.
Submissions may be saved as drafts or held for review before publication. We may decline, limit or remove content, or restrict relevant account access, where reasonably needed to operate, protect or comply with legal requirements. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued availability.
6. Rules for using Wallspik
When using the site, you must not:
- Use Wallspik or its content unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm others.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or bypass security and access controls.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content in a way that overloads or interferes with the site, or without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or upload malicious code.
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit wallpapers without permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Copyright concerns
If you believe a wallpaper on Wallspik infringes your rights, submit a report through the Contact page and choose Content / Copyright. Include the wallpaper page URL, identify the work and rights involved, and explain the action you are requesting. We will review the information and may ask for details needed to assess the report. Please do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
8. Third-party services and advertising
Wallspik may include third-party services, such as sign-in, analytics or advertising, depending on availability, configuration and your choices. Optional analytics and advertising scripts are loaded according to the settings described in our Cookie Policy. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to operate and maintain Wallspik, but provide the site on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every wallpaper listing is complete or suitable for your particular device or purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wallspik is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes, access and account requests
We may revise these Terms as the site or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its revision date will appear on this page. Changes apply from publication unless a different effective date or notice is stated, subject to any notice required by law.
You may stop using Wallspik at any time. To ask about an account or request help with account data, use the Contact page. Requests are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law; a request is not an instant account-deletion feature.
